ABOUT OUR CHURCH
Northside Missionary Baptist Church (NMBC) started its humble beginnings in September of 1962. Originating, with four Christian men meeting to study God's Word in a home. Later, Reverend Cleothus Montgomery was called to be the pastor. Reverend Montgomery became the official founding Pastor of NMBC in October of 1962. Under his 54 years of leadership the church was an active force in the community spiritually, politically, and academically
